Membership Information

The privileges of membership features amenities that cater to every member of the family; including a championship Nicklaus Design golf course, a resort style pool, lighted tennis courts, the Oaks Café, full service golf shop and year round activities and events.

Membership categories available to residents of the 12 Oaks community:

RESIDENT FULL GOLF

Includes full access to all of the club amenities including18 holes of golf, practice facility, tennis courts, pooland the fitness center.

RESIDENT SPORTS

Golf privileges and practice facility are available Tuesday through Friday. The other club amenities such as pool andtennis are available Tuesday through Sunday and the fitness center is available to the Members Tuesday through Monday. Resident Sports Members have weekend privileges (6) times per year with payment of the current guest fee and cart fee.

RESIDENT YOUNG ADULT

Members who qualify for this membership are 23-35 years of age. Privileges include full access to 18 holes of golf, practice facilities, tennis courts, pool and the fitness center.

RESIDENT FULL GOLF FOUNDERS

Includes the same privileges and access to the club amenities as the Resident Full Golf category but includes additional club benefits and privileges not available to the other resident golf membership categories.

NON-RESIDENT PROPERTY OWNERS

Available to non-resident property owners whose primary residence and work is located a minimum of 50 miles from the 12 Oaks community.  Includes the same privileges and access to the club amenities as the Resident Full Golf category.

RESIDENT SOCIAL

The Resident Social Membership is the mandatory minimum level of membership required for residents. Includes use of the pool, tennis and the fitness center. 

Membership categories available to Members who are not residents of the 12 Oaks community:

INVITATIONAL FULL GOLF

Includes full access to 18 holes of golf, practice facilities and participation in social activities. Upgrade option is available to include pool, tennis and fitness center.

INVITATIONAL FULL GOLF FOUNDERS

Includes the same privileges and access to the club amenities as the Invitational Full Golf category but includes additional club benefits and privileges not available to the Invitational Full Golf Members.
