The 12 Oaks Club takes away some of the effort by organizing an ever-fresh schedule of fun and interesting fitness classes and clinics. Making new friends at class means you'll have someone to share the workout and provide a little motivation.
To introduce kids to good health habits and an active lifestyle, there are children's clinics and teams. Our swim team is organized by a cheerful and enthusiastic college swimmer.
Our fitness center includes modern weight training and cardio equipment. If you're interested, The Club can locate a personal trainer for you. Precor equipment includes treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, stair climber, free weights, activity weight machines plus exercise balls.
